 Sentou aimed to become a brand that embodies well-being and self-confidence and to bring a new unisex intimate product line on the market. At the project's outset, they collaborated with TL Consulting to strategically position the brand, identify competitors, develop personas, create a unique identity and craft the product assortment, the right pricing and packaging.

Initial phases involved intensive research, strategic workshops, and stakeholder surveys to grasp Sentou's market potential. Collaborating closely, we developed a brand strategy & concept, understanding the target audience, partners & market dynamics. With this deep understanding, we honed in on a color concept resonating emotionally with customers. Our brand colors exudes passion, authenticity, and a natural connection—manifesting warm, intense, and bold tones reflective of Sentou's essence.

The logo, maximizes visibility and impact—comprising both a primary & secondary version. The clean, modern wordmarks complement the brand's identity, evoking inclusivity and warmth. Sentou's team integrated our developed brand strategy and identity across all touchpoints.

Additionally, we then designed the product packaging, aligning with the new brand ID. The project concluded with comprehensive deliverables—research reports, logo files, guidelines, and packaging designs—equipping Sentou for a seamless brand rollout.
